Nora, kilo verme ve GLP-1 sürecini takip etmeye yardımcı olan kişisel dönüşüm koçu uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin işlendiğini ve bu verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.

- Uygulama performansını ve hata kayıtlarını izlemeye
- AI destekli koçluk mesajları üretmeye
Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Nora aşağıdaki servisleri kullanabilir:
- RevenueCat: abonelik ve satın alma durumunu yönetmek için.
- Firebase: analitik, hata izleme ve uygulama performansı takibi için.
- OpenAI: AI koçluk yanıtları üretmek için üçüncü taraf AI işlemcisi olarak kullanılır.
AI İşleme ve OpenAI
Kullanıcı AI koçluğu kullanmayı kabul ederse Nora, kullanıcının mesajını, son takip bağlamını (kilo, su, protein, aktivite, check-in ve semptom kayıtları) ve ilgili Nora hafızalarını OpenAI'ye yalnızca koçluk yanıtı üretmek amacıyla gönderebilir. AI yanıtları hatalı olabilir ve tıbbi tavsiye yerine geçmez. Kullanıcı onay vermezse AI isteği gönderilmez.
Saklama
Hesap aktif olduğu sürece takip ve koçluk verileri hizmeti sunmak için saklanır. Kullanıcı uygulama içinden hesabını sildiğinde hesabı ve hesaba bağlı takip, koçluk, hafıza ve profil verileri silinir; giriş tokenları geçersiz hale gelir. Yasal zorunluluk olan abonelik ve finans kayıtları gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir.
Sağlık ve Tıbbi Sorumluluk
Nora teşhis koymaz, tedavi önermez ve doktorun yerini almaz. Uygulamadaki sağlık verileri yalnızca takip, farkındalık ve koçluk amacıyla kullanılır. Şiddetli veya devam eden semptomlarda bir sağlık profesyoneline danışılmalıdır.
Veri Güvenliği
Verilerin korunması için makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır. Buna rağmen internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir veri aktarımının tamamen risksiz olduğu garanti edilemez.

Nora is a personal transformation companion designed to help users track weight loss and GLP-1 related habits. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app and how it is used.

- Water and protein tracking logs

- Symptom logs
- Subscription and entitlement information
How We Use Data
- To show your progress
- To personalize daily tracking and coaching experiences
- To manage subscription status
- To monitor app performance and crash diagnostics
- To generate AI-assisted coaching messages
Third-Party Services
Nora may use the following services:
- RevenueCat: to manage subscription and purchase status.
- Firebase: for analytics, crash reporting, and app performance monitoring.
- OpenAI: as a third-party AI processor to generate AI coaching responses.
AI Processing and OpenAI
If the user consents to AI coaching, Nora may send selected data to OpenAI, a third-party AI processor, only to generate the requested AI coaching response and improve the coaching experience.

- Relevant Nora memory/context used to personalize the response
AI responses may be inaccurate and do not replace medical advice. If the user declines consent, AI requests are not sent to OpenAI. AI consent is versioned and stored as an audit record so users can be asked again when the AI processing disclosure changes.
Retention
Tracking and coaching data is retained while the account is active to provide the service. When the user deletes the account in the app, the account and account-linked tracking, coaching, memory, and profile data are deleted, and login tokens become invalid. Subscription and financial records may be retained where required by law.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Nora does not diagnose, treat, or replace a medical professional. Health-related data in the app is used only for tracking, awareness, and coaching. If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, you should consult a healthcare professional.
Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect data. However, no internet-based data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
